1. Service Agreement

By using the services of Nikita Traders Online Service, you agree to provide accurate and authentic documents/information. We are not responsible for rejection of applications due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All government fees and service charges must be paid in advance or at the time of service.
• Fees paid for government applications are generally non-refundable once the application is processed.
• In case of transaction failure where amount is deducted but service not rendered, we will assist in the refund process as per bank/portal rules.

3. Turnaround Time

Processing times for documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) depend on the respective government departments. We can only provide estimated timelines and are not responsible for official delays.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nikita Traders acts as a facilitator for online services. We are not the issuing authority for any government documents or insurance policies.
